The Workforce Operations/Planning team is part of the Customer Experience Planning and Analysis organization that provides analytical support to airport operations.  Our team works directly with operations leadership and various other departments to ensure airports are provided with the data required to achieve our financial and performance goals. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain airport staffing models (passenger service and fleet service functions) to analyze staffing requirements
  • Work closely with Financial Planning & Controller groups to provide accurate headcount forecasts
  • Evaluate the financial and customer experience implications of strategic projects such as capital expenditures, contract proposals, process improvements, and technology changes as it relates to staffing
  • Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to airport workforce issues and build strategies to optimize staffing
  • Work closely with airport leadership to provide support and evaluate changes to staffing practices
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
Job Qualifications
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills
  • Highly proficient in use of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and LaborApp
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
