Job Description:
System Deployment
- Develop and maintain the operational plans for the deployment of Garment IO in factories
- Manage the deployment of Garment IO in new factories
- Manage the production and update of training materials including videos, printed manuals, etc. with third parties or internally
- Deliver trainings and consultancy to factory management
- Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes per factory
- Recommend changes to the manufacturing process or incentive schemes to help factories create the best value out of Garment IO deployment
- Continuously study and purchase the equipment and supplies needed for the deployment in factories
Client Success Management
- Analyze factory new requirements and document them
- Conduct frequent factory visits
- Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories
- Continuously monitor factory performance and advise management on maximizing the benefit from Garment IO
- Lead team of operation specialists in achieving above activities with needed quality on time
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years relevant experience in operations and/or manufacturing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel abroad on short-term assignments
- Ability and persistence to work alone on large tasks
- Professionalism in meeting deadlines
- Strong time management capabilities
- Effective communication
- Dedication and commitment to deliverables
- Driver’s license and car (transportation subsidized)
