  • ​This job is a member of the Marketing & Loyalty Team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division.
  • Responsible for ​driving value to American through developing and managing partnerships with third party companies.

What you'll do

  • ​Researches industry trends and competitive landscapes for each partner vertical
  • Develops annual marketing plans for specific partners
  • Monitors campaign performance at a partner level to meet relationship expectations
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign execution and streamline processes
  • Creates campaign performance reports for partners

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training­
  • 1 year experience in marketing or project management
  • 1 year relationship management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • ​­Ability to conduct one-on-one meetings with external companies
  • Knowledge of the development of annual marketing plans
