About the Position:

We are currently looking for experienced General  Repair Technician to join Automotive Aftersales Services UAE in Dubai. As part of the Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on all mechanical devices or body elements as per the manufacturer's specifications. You will be responsible for identifying customer's requests, analyses them with the Team Leader, and refines the diagnostic process. You will also perform the requested work in observance of the manufacturer's recommendations and operating procedures.

 

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this role should possess ITI certificate or diploma and should have at least a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience as a General Technician. You should have ability to provide established standards of customer service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs and maintenance. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
