JOB PURPOSE:

• Grow trainera’s footprint in the region by reaching new clients. Reaches his target by getting new clients and growing current clients..

Job Description:
• Finding/prospecting new accounts in assigned industries
• Demonstrating trainera’s capabilities in sales meetings
• Responsible for identifying client needs and working with Design & Development department to create matching solutions
• Technical understanding and presenting our solutions to clients
• Closing sales deals in line with assigned target
• Growing and retaining assigned existing accounts
• Ensuring providing adequate service level to clients by following up with all stake holders

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in selling Training or HR related services
• Proven track record of sales achievements in prospecting new accounts and managing/retaining large accounts
• Strong experience with need based/consultative selling approach
