Job Description:

  • Leads commercial budget exercise from the prospective of Revenues & Gross profit & external costs
  • Analyzes sales trends to build Sales forecast & KPIs.
  • Measures and calculates KPIs on quarterly basis.
  • Provide monthly & quarterly sales review figures for board and executive meeting
  • Defines & Outlines various sales territories accordingly distribute base.
  • Responsible for managing CRM through monitoring sales activities and reports them.
  • Responsible for sales training on CRM and on-going feedback to insure ongoing enhancements.
  • Manage and evaluate sales forecast and commercial targets.
  • Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate majoring in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in the telecom and/ software industrious.
  • Experience setting sales KPIs, Forecasting, Incentive plans and Territories.
  • Aware of the CRM sales funnel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • High level of market analysis and product awareness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic and changing environment of a start up global organization.
