Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Responsible for MEA GSC Hoshin transformation
- High level of project management involvement upon appointed by project sponsors.
- Achieve the determined Hoshin required level in all function dimensions
- Set up project team and functionally manage project team members.
- Reporting regularly project progress & key issues to project sponsors.
- Establish the logistics strategy of ITD function in line with the business context.
- Responsible of the ITD performance for several countries
- Define the SCL strategy for ITD : define means , resources and processes.
- Define the performance indicators for his/her organization and the action plans needed to reach then.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Relevant Experience:
- Previous work experience in supply chain operations (transport, distribution center, transformation)
- Experience in projects management, or cross-functional management
- Customer facing / support experience
- Service delivery and Service operation
- More than 10 years of experience
