Head – HR Solution Hub at Dubai Airports– UAE

Job Description:

• You’ll design and deliver the strategy of all HR Data Management and employee services for the organisation
• You’ll lead all new technology implementations and process improvements within the hub, ensuring a streamlined approach and a quick turnaround of HR activities
• You’ll monitor and report on service delivery KPI’s and SLA’s through real time dashboarding in conjunction with key stakeholders and other HR functions
• You’ll continually work to improve HR processes and service delivery opportunities throughout the Solution Hub and wider HR

Job Requirements:

Education:

Degree Level in a relevant field

Relevant Experience:

0 years’ experience in HR Operations, with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role within HR

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Subject Matter Expertise in HR Technology Optimization
  • Expertise of best customer service practices and HR process improvement
