Job Description:
- This Project Administrator will assist with project administration functions for the MENA Cybersecurity Services Team consisting of over 20 qualified Cybersecurity Engineers . Financial skills are a must.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Relevant Experience:
– experience managing Cyber Security project back office, invoicing and Job Costing
– experience in preparing weekly project revenue and cost updates & monthly project progress report
– experience in project resale purchasing and budget management.
– Execution Mgmt.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
– Schedule /Forecast and Resource Mgmt.
– Customer Case Mgmt.
– Services Contract Mgmt.
– Offer and Application Knowledge
– Purchasing and Requisitions
– Project Planning
– Consultant Utilization
– Order Entry Liaison
– Invoicing backup
– Communicate Effectively
