Job Description:
• Assist in the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements.
• Assume responsibility for small components of engagements.
• Demonstrate ability to plan and supervise engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Establish and maintain strong network across other services within the Firm and is knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the Firm.
• Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell “add-on” work to client and contribute to a positive team attitude.
• Coach and develop Junior staff and provide them with performance feedback and career guidance.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting with strong academic credentials
• Minimum four years of experience in a Big 4 firm is a MUST
• Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and international financial reporting standards
• Partial certification (ESAA, CPA, ACCA, IFRS) is a Plus
• Proficiency in both Arabic & English languages (oral & written)
