About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator work for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. As part of the Sales team, you are primarily responsible is to provide operational support to frontline sales team and publishing and generating reports for the head office.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Operational Support
- Vehicle management (finding, tagging & reserving vehicles for all channels), maintaining ADOL report & communicating with stakeholders.
- Managing display cars, associate, marketing & showroom demos (notifying, registering etc.)
- Updating discount requests from sales team in system – SAP & Fastrack support.
- Maintaining forward order requests by coordinating with order planning team & branches.
- Coordinating between branch and AF logistics to manage supply as per sales plan.
Maintain and publish sales report on daily basis
- Sales dashboard for national level
- Customer tagging report
- Channel wise sales report
- National stock report
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years’ experience within Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination functions in Automotive industry OR secretarial experience at an executive level preferably in a Finance, Sales and Marketing Department. You must be highly proficient in MS Office preferably in MS Excel. You should also be able to communicate effectively and confident and effective in providing information. Candidates with SAP experience is highly preferred.
