Warranty Administrator 2x - FAMCO Volvo Buses - Al Futtaim - AUH & Dubai

 

Reporting to: Service Operations Manager 

 

Exciting opportunities to join our dynamic National After Sales Department of FAMCO Volvo Buses - Al Futtaim!

Based in our Depot workshops, this is an important position which requires a efficient, hands-on and capable Warranty Administrator to liaise between the workshop and the principal for all warranty related matters. Major role being claiming all warranty repairs from principal within 7 days from job completion and recovery of money debited towards Volvo warranty repairs at the earliest.

 

Purpose:

To provide full back-up support to CJDR & Volvo warranty executives in order to have minimum unprocessed warranty claims. Follow up on warranty claim payment reflecting in AR collection report issued by AFSS. Provide support to all locations in term of warranty order closing by using accurate LOP and FRT.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Graduate / IT / Diploma in any discipline
Minimum Experience: 4 years in Automobile Aftersales  dept, out of 3 years of experience in warranty admin department

  4. Communication skills

Behavioural Competencies :

  1. Competent to comprehend warranty policy and procedure manual and implementation.
  2. Competent to evaluate the warranty process and suggest improvement
