Warranty Administrator - Volvo Bus Division FAMCO Al Futtaim - AUH

To provide full back-up support to Volvo warranty executives in order to have minimum unprocessed warranty claims. Follow up on warranty claim payment reflecting in AR collection report issued by AFSS. Provide support to all locations in term of warranty order closing by using accurate LOP and FRT.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Graduate / IT / Diploma in any discipline
 

Minimum Experience: 4 years in Automobile Aftersales  dept, out of 3 years of experience in warranty admin department

2. Application of new knowledge and  concepts
3. Planning & organising
4. Communication skills

 

Behavioural Competencies :

1. Competent to comprehend warranty policy and procedure manual and implementation.
2. Competent to evaluate the warranty process and suggest improvement
