Job description:
Directs all accounting department activities including the preparation if financial statements and maintenance of accounting data. Prepares reports for board of directors. Coordinates investment activities. In a field location, assists the vice president or other appropriate member of upper management in the daily administration and coordination of the division/facility activities. Responsible for programing support, purchasing, preparation of all AR’s and all accounting requirements. Directs budget preparation and monitors system or assists individual locations in the preparation of capital and operating budgets. Monitors spending performance, manpower, operating performance and unit costs. Identifies and analyzes major trends and variances from plan and other performance areas. Responsible for managing the division purchasing function.
Requirements:
General knowledge of operating functions. Working knowledge of controller and administration functions. Thorough knowledge and understanding of AA budgeting techniques. Knowledge of AA complete systems and pc software. Exceptional analytical, leadership, presentation and communication skills. Advanced degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work experience 2 to 5 years. Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and the native language.
