Job Title:             Warranty Administrator

Reports to:         General Manager

Department:      Aftersales

Location:             UAE

 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate, approve and manage the warranty cost & minimize the expense within an agreed sum of money accumulated into the account.  Ensure warranty savings is as per the budget of 65%
  • Review all warranty approvals from other dealers and coordinate with them to minimise expenses.
  • Auditing the warranty documents & whether under coverage or not.
  • Reducing the warranty cost by sourcing through RPU parts & Concerned Principal warranty goodwill.
  • Updating employee incentive system for DP associates on monthly basis.
  • Ensure Warranty & Goodwill Service Orders are invoiced within 2 days of vehicle delivery
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in creating registrations and provisions for vehicles sold with extended warranty
  • Ensure External Warranty Claims are processed within 48HRS
  • Ensure payments for External Warranty repair is received within 30 days of job completion
