Location: Nasr City

Job Description:

  • HR Service Delivery – deliver transactional , standard HR services in a timely / SLA basis through the company case management tool (case management of various HR domains like recruitment, voluntary departure, employee data & info, incentives & reward, etc.) for all the International HR Services perimeter of Orange Business Services (except Russia & France),
  • Customer liaison & relationships – Single point of contact for HR Shared Services activities for the countries/region assigned . Liaise with local HR consultants in the HR international perimeter to help resolve specific employee or manager cases
  • HR activity deployments – identify new activities that can be migrated to HR Shared services, build project plan, review with regional coordinators, get approval & implement as per sign off. developing SOP’s for various HR processes and to ensure all transaction processed as per the agreed process
  • HR project management- Executes plans to identify processes that can be manage by HRSSC, prepare project plan and successfully transition HR Operational work under HR Shared Service function .provide project support for ongoing project such as onboarding, plazza, automation, digital projects etc. also advise HRSSC Operations mgr. for future developments.
  • Analysis and reporting – provide support for analyzing and collating relevant HR data in reports in order to enable effective decision-making by other HR functions and the business (e.g. headcount reports, performance management progress, etc.)
  • Communications – Develop and implement communications to the HR community or the business in relation to relevant topics of their activities (e.g. hiring process,) and attend functional calls/meetings to present on requested HR topics. Look for opportunities to close communication ‘gaps’ as it relates to areas under responsibility
  • Process improvement – identify and report process issue or dysfunction and propose solutions for streamlining, improving our standard processes
  • HR Data Management – help in the timely processing of HR data transactions and data auditing

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • University graduate or MBA in HR

    Relevant Experience:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in international HR shared service environment
  • Demonstrable experience of operational human resources to include at least one of the following:
  • service delivery (e.g. joiners/leavers), HR data analysis and reporting, and data management

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • HR generalist profile desirable, with some interest and agility in HR process management
    • ability to work efficiently when not in close proximity to the customers being served
    • capacity to maintain a high standard of quality while working quickly and prioritizing activities
    • mindset (positive attitude; pro-active, flexible, agile)
