Regional Head of Asset Management at Arcadis – UAE

Job Description:

  • Develop market leading thought leadership & industry alignment and recognition.
  • Develop strong, partnering relationships with client personnel in order to challenge and influence their thinking and demand for capability services/resources.
  • Design new services to meet sector and client demand.
  • Act as a lead advocate in the development of our Design for Asset Management approach in region, enabling value creation across the lifecycle and our service lines
  • Collaborate to develop integrated solutions – “what we do”.
  • Create methodology, tools, systems – professionalise, standardise, digitise, learn, share – “how we do it”.
  • Contribute to internal team building and proposition development activities, to develop Arcadis’ consulting capability.
  • Provide service quality assurance & oversight
  • Drive professional development, building capability and capacity to meet market demand.
  • Advocate the use of the GEC and build into service offerings and propositions.
  • Strong ability to lead the initial sales process; with an expectation to identify, develop and land new AM opportunities and to farm existing client accounts.
  • Consistently manages team members effectively and coaches/mentors consultants and/or peers.
  • Design, lead and deliver, complex value propositions to a high quality from specific needs to completion.
  • Works as part of the Global Asset Management Community of Practice to Build global presence and scale Leverage out of region capability
  • Ensure industry leadership in our approach to Asset Management

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • Industry recoginsed Subject Matter Expertise in Asset Management. With a track record of operational performance improvement.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years’ business experience including participation in the development and implementation of new capabilities.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Extensive sector knowledge, gained through operational roles and/ or complex strategic advisory commissions.
  • Knowledge of maintenance concepts such as FMECA, RCM & CBM etc.
  • Developing business strategy, applying insight to generate shifts in the market, domain and client behaviours.
  • Effective consulting skills including commission and project management, client relationship management at C-Suite and below.
  • Experience in managing business development relationships at C-Suite and below.
  • Directly influence client behaviours and decisions and deals effectively with difficult senior client situations.
  • Ability to generate cross-sales from the Business Advisory and Core Services Communities of Practice.
