- This job is a member of the Cargo Business Process Team within the SVP International & Cargo Division.
- Responsible for ensuring that business process outcomes are in harmony with the Cargo operations strategic goals.
- Gathers, generates, and documents requirements through interviewing and facilitation with subject matter experts or super users in their functional areas
- Collects and authors meeting minutes
- Interacts as necessary with their functional management to help set process direction and determine process priorities
- Acts as a business subject matter representative on Cargo business processes in their area
- Tracks and resolve project issues
- Assists with quality assurance and quality control planning and execution
- Collaborates with OCM and Technology teams
- Helps estimate and work within project schedules
- Tracks progress and provides project status reports according to the information needs of the stakeholders including, at times, executive level staff
- Some travel domestically and internationally may be necessary
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- 4 years work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner focused on Cargo
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Build working relationships with business leaders, process owners, vendors and IT colleagues at all levels
- Ability to maintain clear and open communication channels to manage expectations
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to support multiple projects and produce quality results all at once
- Strong organization, planning, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical, estimating, and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize, and manage change and customer expectations
- The position is temporary.
- The position is not for any guaranteed amount of time. It is intended to last for no more than 6 months, though it could potentially be longer and could also potentially be significantly shorter, including if the onboarding process at a particular location is longer than anticipated.
- There is no guarantee that internal candidates will be able to return to their original position at the conclusion of the Temporary Analyst role. Therefore, there is also no guarantee that internal candidates will have any position at the Company at the conclusion of the Temporary Analyst role.
