About the Role

 

To ensure daily finance and admin related activities are carried out as defined in the SOP and ensure proper communication to the SM and compliance team to maintain companies goodwill at all times.

CASH OFFICE

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of casher’s summary, gift vouchers, petty cash, safe fund, maintain start /end of the day log sheet and other related documents as defined in the process.
  • Daily depositing of cash collection, and foreign currencies and maintain record for audit trail.

STORE REPORTS AND RECONCILIATONS  

  • Ensure daily reports like Loss prevention report, random till checks, till discrepancy investigations, cash pick up, deposit reconciliation, sales reports, etc are generate and submitted on time as described in the process.

ADMIN OFFICE RELATED

  • Ensure daily invoice verification entries are posted prior to releasing supplier’s invoices, reconciliation of SAP invoices, etc.
  • Maintain manual book  log  sheet , deposit received & redeemed log sheet, gift vouchers redeemed &go green vouchers issued log sheet, etc

STORE AUDIT AND INVENTORY  

  • Responsible in assisting group internal audit department team during their visit for store audit, Participate in store weekly and annual stock count, clear all the documents prior to the actual PI count.

 

About You

 

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 -3 years in finance related background.
  • Job-Specific Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure, SOP driven, etc.
