Job Description:

  • Create Sales order, customer invoices in SAP system and follow up the related collection.
  • Responsible for controlling costs and all financial bookings and reporting in SAP.
  • Controlling Accounts Receivable within his area of activities.
  • Responsible for the issuance and return of L/Gs and it’s controlling.
  • Monthly reporting and control of all cost centers of responsibility.
  • Price calculation, offer preparation and contract negotiation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate business.
  • Adherence to Controlling guidelines and accuracy of financial books and records.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks.
  • Work independently, show initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Assist auditors and RIC/Compliance requirements.
  • Providing commercial advice and guidance to the wider business
  • Ensuring all activity in line with Siemens guidelines and legal regulations.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

  • Bachelor degree of commerce

    Relevant Experience:

  • 1-3 years related working experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:            

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced SAP user is preferred
