Job Description:

• The purpose of the role is to Understand, anticipate and influence customer demand for Monitoring, Automation and reporting services.
• The candidate will be responsible of Business customers demands handling, and service requests fulfillment

• Administrate, Cluster, prioritize all demands raised towards the tools and automation team.

• Vendor management of key monitoring providers to handle the Business owner requirements and demands
• Monitoring tool

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor in Computer or telecommunications Engineering or bachelor in Computer Engineering with at least 2 years working experience
