Why you'll love this job

• This job is a member of the Customer Planning Team within the Customer Experience Division.
• ​Responsible for working directly with operations leadership & various other departments to ensure the airports are provided with the passenger service and fleet service headcount required to achieve our performance and financial goals.

What you'll do

• Develops and maintains airport staffing models (passenger service and fleet service functions) to analyze staffing requirements
• Works closely with Financial Planning & Controller groups to provide accurate headcount forecasts
• Evaluates the financial and customer experience implications of strategic projects such as capital expenditures, contract proposals, process improvements, and technology changes as it relates to staffing
• Identifyies, analyzes, and recommends solutions to airport workforce issues and builds strategies to optimize staffing 
• Works closely with airport leadership to provide support and evaluate changes to staffing practices
• Completes ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
   

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or related technical field or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel modelling skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in use of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and LaborApp
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to make independent judgements and decisions while taking ownership of job responsibilities
