What you'll do

  • Analyze operational performance and customer service metrics, identify evolving trends or chronic performance drivers, and support local leaders with actionable data and analysis
  • Apply data and analytics to maximize the effectiveness of training and compliance programs
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing or proposed network schedules to address or mitigate operational constraints while supporting the need to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Represent airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of corporate initiatives
  • Provide support for airports through identification and delivery of best practice opportunities
  • Coordinate initiatives across airports system wide to ensure efficiency and consistency where appropriate

All you'll need for success

  • Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
    • Prior experience in airport operations, data analysis, and project management
    • An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
    • Self-driven with an ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
    • Strong analytical aptitude and experience with data manipulation and analysis
    • Effective decision-making based on a combination of data-driven analysis and strategic considerations
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to reach all levels both verbally and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, consensus-building, and cultural awareness
    • Results-driven behavior with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and MS Query, etc.
    • Ability and willingness to travel

    • Advanced degree
    • Experience with airline analytics or planning functions
    • Proficiency with Tableau, Mosaic, SQL, and/or Cognos
