About the Role.
Role Scope & Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the Process and Delivery team to transform attitudes and behaviors of the organization by focusing on the people side of change, including business processes and technologies impacting stakeholders across Al-Futtaim Automotive.
The responsibilities include the creation and delivery of a change management framework, process and tools to be adopted globally, across Al Futtaim UAE and International. Establish and coach a network of Change Champions to drive change management practices, as well as plan and execute change management plans for transformation projects and programs.
Key role specific accountabilities:
Process Governance
- Owning Group Automotive Business Process Management policy and procedures ensuring standardized practices across all Automotive businesses internationally.
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are documented and maintained within the group Automotive Business Process Management application as per the Automotive BPM Policy.
- Ensuring process owners are well supported in identifying opportunities to improve their processes and maintaining accurately documented procedures.
KPI- % of Automotive processes maintained as per Automotive BPM Policy.
Process Improvement Projects
- Leading the design and realization phases of business process related projects by designing business processes against leading international standards (benchmarks), by managing change and organizational impact and delivering significant, measurable and sustainable business improvement results.
- Leading analysis of business performance results, customer feedback, audit reports, and any other business data to identify major business improvement opportunities and mobilize transformational business process improvement projects.
- Supporting transformational business projects by driving the process analysis and design phases whilst coordinating with all other related project work-streams.
- Lead performance analysis and business review sessions to identify and prioritize major business improvement opportunities.
- Mobilize transformational business process improvement programs by formulating business cases, building executive sponsorship and mobilizing project teams with the necessary skillsets to manage and execute the program.
KPI- Business benefits realized from projects, business benefits planned in future calendar years from projects.
ISO Accreditation
- Building ISO practices within operations to meet ISO 9001 standards.
- Managing ISO 9001 accreditation by third party partner for all Al-Futtaim Automotive companies.
- Driving periodic process audits to ensure ISO practices and operational procedures are effectively followed.
KPI- Number of automotive businesses successfully accredited in ISO 9001 by credible third party partner.
Process Automation & Digitization
- Owning the backlog of digitization and automation opportunities within processes managed under the process governance operating model.
- Driving process automation identification program with focus on identifying tangible benefits.
- Supporting agile delivery squads with user story, acceptance criteria & definition of done documentation based on identified process improvement opportunities.
- Drive process design phase of Robotic Process Automation projects across Al-Futtaim Automotive
KPI- Business benefits realized from projects, business benefits planned in future calendar years from projects.
About You.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Science.
- Agile Scrum Master / Product Owner, Automation Anywhere Business Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalents).
- Masters or MBA an asset.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in a Leadership, Project Management, and Business Analysis
- 3+ years of experience leading process design projects
- Experience in Operational/Team Leadership, Process Improvement and Change Leadership
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading transformational projects/programs within an Automotive Operational environment.

- Actively contributing as part of a highly engaged team to own and implement initiatives that improve operational processes all the way through sustained benefits realization to increase quality and value.
- Be a self-starter with an engaging leadership style, solid influencing and facilitation skills who will quickly develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment.
