- The ISC is a direct report to the Station Manager and must report any security incident to Integrated Operations Center (IOC) as they arise, in compliance with the AOSSP and applicable TSA Secur ity Directives.
- The ISC is the senior security authority for international flights and is ultimately responsible for the implementation of all International Security Procedures.
What you'll do
- The security of all AA flights and AA airport facilities at foreign locations and recommendations for the security of all off-airport facilities.
- The ISC will be responsible for the periodic briefing of all non-airport personnel on security awareness, suspicious behavior, reporting procedures, etc.
- Recruitment of security staff in accordance with AA regulations including appropriate background investigations and medical.
- Pre-employment polygraph must be conducted in Latin American and Caribbean locations. (Polygraph results page must be in English.)

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Candidate must demonstrate competency in both English and the local language skills.
- Candidate must have management and organizational ability, good oral and written skills, and proven ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Must have at least one (1) year experience as ISP lead agent.
- Must successfully complete the ISC training course.
- High School Diploma
