Warranty Executive (x2) | Toyota & Lexus | Al Futtaim Motors | Dubai

 

About the Position:
We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Executive to work for Al Futtaim Toyota in Dubai. You will assure that the warranty policies and procedures set by Toyota Motor Corporation and other franchises are strictly followed and implemented at the Distributor and at all the branches.

 

Reporting to the Warranty Supervisor, you need to review all warranty claims raised by different locations and assess its admissibility under stipulated warranty claim guidelines. You specifically need to evaluate, monitor and guide the timely submission of all warranty claims to ensure the company’s money debited to warranty repairs is reimbursed at the earliest possible.  You need to submit claim on principal warranty system to ensure all money credited on warranty account are recovered. 
It is also part of your role is to advise the locations in case of any discrepancies to continually improve the overall warranty system and periodically audit the locations warranty process and suggest necessary improvements.

 

 

 About You:  
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Automobile Engineering. You should have at least 3 years’ recent experience in warranty claims within an automotive dealership. You must be well versed with warranty policies and procedures and its implementation and has the ability to evaluate the warranty processes.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence. Knowledge in Sap is highly preferential!
