Analyze & measure the performance of digital initiatives by defining, developing and delivering reporting and analysis that enables strategic and tactical business decision-making.
Description of the Accountability:
- Analyze sales, conversion rate and profitability and all insights connected to visitors and customers behaviors on digital channels.
- Identify operational opportunities and make recommendations to improve digital channels effectiveness based on data insights in order to support sales, profitability and rates.
- Integrating data with other channels to allow comprehensive business insight across multiple channels and media.
- Ensure that campaigns are tracked in line with best practice.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be used in the daily business.
- Follow up on overall performance, implemented recommendations and report approach.
- Continuously monitor the customer digital journey using the latest digital reporting tools for all digital channels as well as physical in-store solutions and identifying the key pain points.
- Customer behavior mapping and providing insights to the digital team as to adapt necessary enhancements to the digital and physical channels to improve the customer experience.
- Create customer insights from various tools provided by INGKA for web/App channels.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Evaluate, onboard and use tools effectively for improving digital performance and measurement for all changes in all digital channels.
- To bring data-driven analysis for evaluating the KPI, performance & effectiveness of digital team tasks & define area of growth.
- Good competency with figures and data-mining calculations on Advanced excel, Google Analytics and other digital performance tools.
TIMESPAN OF DECISION
- Immediate/Planned approach depending on the urgency & need.
RESOURCE COMPLEXITY
- Access and permissions to use tools effectively for measuring digital performance.
- The technical knowledge of the role-holder needs to be proficient with the tools that they would require.
- All permissions need prior access request approvals from IKEA and AL Futtaim group.
PROBLEM SOLVING:
- Problems are addressed using methods learned previously and are often overcome by direct trial and error.
- Often the role-holder is provided with guidelines, routines or procedures to solve most of the problems encountered.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COLLABORATION
- The role-holder is rarely required to initiate process or procedural change themselves.
- Where collaboration is required it is with other front-line colleagues often in the same location and often in close proximity.
- Collaboration is mainly for the purpose of coordinating inputs to a fixed process.

- Excellent knowledge of digital and web analytics tools.

- Good knowledge of general media steering tools.
- Ability to connect operational findings with strategic directions.
- Experience in stakeholder and change management.
- Good written & spoken English.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong details oriented, with analytical and reporting abilities.
- Able to understand and analyze data and complex questions into clear actionable findings using Power Bi/Tableau.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work and use digital journey and behavior mapping tools such as HotJar. Metrillo or similar.
- Search optimization performance tracking tools: Google Search, Google Keyword Planner and similar.
