MIS Manager – Toyota & Lexus| Al Futtaim Motors | Dubai

 

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager who will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating the current reporting systems and lead a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.

 

Among your key responsibilities are as follows:
•    Develop and maintain broad knowledge of company’s business and technology requirements and needs 
•    Develop and Implement Management Information System (MIS) policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
•    Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with directors and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts 
•    Drive the generation and analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
•    Lead the incentive policy discussions and policy drafting and get the necessary buy in from Management
•    Schedule and drive an Incentive forum to ensure clarity on the incentive pay-outs and policies among the Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance &  Accounts

 

 

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

•    Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Science & Database Management
•    Minimum 3 - 5 year work experience preferably in Automotive brands 
•    MIS & Reporting Experience is highly desired
•    Highly analytical, excited about data / numbers and generate insights visually 
•    Examines data to identify issues, draw conclusions and lead the team to solve problems.
•    Excellent user of Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools – Tableau & Power BI  & Alteryx
•    Excellent written and verbal communications
•    Strategic and Goal Oriented
