Handover Specialist | Trading Enterprises | Dubai, UAE

 

Al-Futtaim is proud to partner with an Electric Car Brand. AL Futtaim Automotive are now recruiting for a Handover Specialist to be based in Dubai. 

 

This opportunity will be with an electric performance car brand that’s determined to improve the society we live in. Their focus is on uncompromised design and technology. About the job:

 

  • Customer management, set expectations
  • Ensure customer journey aligns with vehicle journey
  • Vehicle preparation according to Polestar standards
  • Handover vehicles to customers in a customer focused and tailored manor
  • Welcome all Showroom visitors, log reasons for visit and forwarding to relevant team members
  • Providing excellent and a delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures 
  • Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly 
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of personnel and procedures. As well as product updates and industry trends and news

 

About you:

 

  • Degree education preferred, but not essential 
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a customer facing role for high retail technology, progressive, client-oriented luxury retail or airline industry that can showcase their high level of customer experience acumen, strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered
  • English is essential, and Arabic is desirable.  
  • Must possess Technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation and influencing skills and a driving license
  • Super service minded and solution-oriented
  • Technological savvy
