Role Accountabilities:
- Identify and target new customers with opportunities for TPM and NI projects.
- Getting business, products, or services prequalified with Government Ministries to be able to participate in tenders.
- Develop brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants and contractors.
- Support teams to secure at least 10% of potential inquiries every month in line with the business need
- Support business to achieve revenue targets through effective process management, increasing customer retention, and efficient market development strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
- Proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
- Collecting market data and performing analysis for lost projects
- Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to preparation/submission of a quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals) of the services on an individual level.
- Prepare a weekly action plan in accordance with the business need and share reports or logs with the management accordingly
- Remain abreast with the latest regulations, standards, and good working practices within the industry in relation to business products and services.
Roles Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in handling clients and coordinating between different stakeholders.
- Proficient use of MS Applications.
