Overview of the role:

 

Enhance the brand portfolio allotted for local and export markets

 

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

Product:

  • Analysing overall stock situation weekly / fortnightly and taking relevant action for stock
  • Analysing monthly region wise sales and accordingly planning phase-in/phase-outs, re-supplies for every customer as per targets/budget
  • Identifying slow moving / over stock references in stock and with customers & taking corrective action plans
  • Ensuring Monthly report updates are completed by coordinators
  • Liaison with Suppliers and working on projections for best sellers and booking of new SKU (ordering and maintaining stock)
  • Reviving defective stocks
  • Category / family wise sales analysis
  • Working closely with after sales for Customer returns / queries and ensuring timely service
  • Setting Purchase and Sell-in budgets in coordination with Sales Team
  • Analysing monthly Customer wise sales report against budgeted plan and taking action on short-fall
  • Notifying Management on monthly sales budget status
  • Maintaining healthy stocks of all POS material
  • Updating and checking Supplier’s account and statements (if required, instruction to be given to Finance and Accounts team)
  • Setting Pricing for the brand for various markets (UAE, Exports, Duty Frees, Airlines)
  • Setting special prices for events, liquidation/clearance prices, set boxes etc.
  • Setting Launch Plan of collections and SKUs

Sales:

  • Emailing sales team on low / poor sell-out customer-wise on monthly basis
  • Checking for feedback on new launches
  • Maintaining healthy stock / Minimum SKU level
  • Introduction of New SKU launch bearing in mind outlet level plan
  • Preparing liquidation/Sales Action Plan of slow moving stock / pull-backs / price revisions
  • Proposals for promotions / special events
  • Monthly meeting with Sales team to monitor Sales
  • Monthly Stock Ageing meetings with Retail Stock Analysts

Accounts:

  • Codes creation & prices for watches, set boxes, promotion codes, interchanges, price revisions etc.

 

Logistics/ Warehouse:

  • Working with warehouse in Conjunction with sales team for availability of SKU’s in supplies
  • Working with logistics to arrange the Product
  • Pass necessary adjustments /interchanges to correct stock
  • Follow up on incoming shipment with logistics
  • Working with Logistics to arrange Shipment booking for incoming shipments

Marketing:

  • Finalize for visuals
  • Catalogue / PR reference requirements
  • Planning Marketing Activity/promotions for the brand
  • Updating all ecommerce requirements

Reports

 

  • Prepare Order Study, Stock cover, Import plan, Costing and collection wise reports every month

Store & Market visits

  •  
  • Plan regular visits to Retail, Time zone & Dealers to ensure right product mix & correct displays based on brand guidelines

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor Degree (Masters Preferred)
  • 5-6 years’ experience in retail and team management with Watches Background.
  • Good knowledge in watches.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Thinking and Analytical Skills.
  • Empathy Customer service and results oriented Leadership and problem solving skills
