About The Role

 

As part of the Fashion Administration Management Team based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing the team of admin support staff in providing support in store operations interms of overseeing all Non merchandise procurement, maintaining records of each store AMC, store maintenance, trade license renewals, pest control etc.  You will support your manager on sustainability initiatives, preparing sale & mall permits and other admin activities in the store.

You will manage a team of three and report directly to Project and Support Manager.

About You

 

The role of an Asst Admin Manager is to ensure the accurate recording of store data and the environment can be pressured as many jobs within the function are time or date specific. The jobholder has to understand reporting procedures and be able to work to deadlines. You will lead by example and guide your team to make sure deadline are met.

You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in administration within retail office environment.  Due to the nature of the role, candidates with advanced MS Word and Excel only will be considered. SAP experience would be advantageous.
