Job Description:
The purpose of the Senior Collections executive is to manage, review and enforce day to day collection of delinquent account as per the corporate collection policy. Field visit delinquent account and ensure overdue accounts were regularised on priority basis. Locate overdue customer's new location and update records. Recover vehicles from overdue customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect receivables related corporate and personal lease customers.
- Ensure collections procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for escalation of account to a Police and legal stage & those issues arising in relation hereto.
- Keep collection strategy and action plan up to date
- Ensure the collection action plans are carried out and overdue% is reduced.
- Coordinate closely with the management and sales team in management and collection issues
- Prepare, review and deliver MIS relating to credit.
- Provide appropriate training for the team to complete their daily tasks.
- Meet customers to set payment plans for outstanding debts.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Strong background in Field visits & Collections Management. Minimum 5-year experience Collections & Field visit.
- Driving License & Arabic speaking must.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate
