Job Description:

-Responsible for PCW (Pre contract work) process.
-Process coordination, Actual reporting, Data analysis, business conclusions and action needed incl, follow thru. Target deployment, IBP Tool (Integrated Business Planning) data input and maintenance.
-Provide PCW data for global reviews. PCW workflow management
– Provide PCW training to GBS practitioners
– Provide audit support if and when required
– Participate in weekly revenue cadence and monthly BURs (Business Unit reviews) , track revenue backlog and provide revenue dashboard on a regular basis
Participate in weekly signings cadence, coordinate required actions with SMS COE resource and provide signings performance report for all Partners and AP’s
– Develop quarterly targets for signings and revenue by EBU and report weekly progression
– Consolidate and coordinate global & MEA review (SVP, GOT, SIR, OT, DI, Performance Review)
– Application controller focal point for SCORE (global capacity model)
– Coordinate and maintain Growth Platform control file
Provide input for Spring & Fall Plan

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Relevant Experience:

  • 5 years operational experience in a Services / Consulting environment
    additional Finance experience prefered

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills required (XLS, PPT, DOC)
  • Cognos / Viewpoint experience beneficial
  • Process Management experience is a benefit
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Good presentation skills required
  • Ability to work flexible office hours
