Role Summary

This role is responsible for the corporate and agency contract and product implementation for the AA field sales teams in EMEA, as well as for any projects related to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes as they related to AA and our Joint Business partners (BA, IB, AY). The role has one direct non-management report.  The role engages with the commercial and field sales teams at AA and at joint business partners on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • To handle and manage incentive and corporate and agency contract process and operations including contract proposals/updates, production, auditing of requests as well as generation of related documentation and Teamsite references
  • The role is also responsible for the direct day-to-day line management, ongoing performance management and development for one non-management level 54 team member.
  • To respond and to resolve all field sales questions for corporate and agency contract production and related topics
  • To develop and implement training for the field sales teams on corporate and incentive programs process and operations
  • To conduct and coordinate pricing testing for corporate and agency off-tariff pricing for EMEA POS
  • To communicate changes to incentive and corporate programs process and operations to field sales
  • To project manage and implement changes related to incentive and corporate operations
  • To report upon and ensure effective day to day operational management of incentive and corporate programs SLA
  • Coordinate corporate legal approval requests on behalf of AA Sales with BA/IB Sales operations teams and AA Legal  
  • To liaise and maintain regular dialogue with AA and partner field Sales teams in EMEA, Sales Services, RM Contracted Pricing, RM Distribution, CTP and Sales Performance teams as well as Sales Operations teams at partner airlines
  • To provide administrative support
  • To work on ad-hoc projects
