Job Description:
1 Prepares slow moving / aging report – PCE (Beverage)
2 Prepares slow moving / aging report – CFI ( Snacks)
3 Prepares Write off analysis and ensures proper allocation as per policy – PCE (Beverage)
4 Prepares Write off analysis and ensures proper allocation as per policy – CFI ( Snacks)
5 Verify blocked items on system with all locations – PCE (Beverage)
6 Verify blocked items on system with all locations – CFI ( Snacks)
7 Prepare reserve entries – PCE (Beverage)
8 Prepare reserve entries – CFI ( Snacks)
9 Handle all write off approvals Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods.
10 Inventory analysis – PCE (Beverage)
11 Inventory analysis – CFI ( Snacks)
12 Petty cash settlement review
13 Operations Deck – PCE
14 Operations Deck – CFI
15 Damages / Expiries Analysis – CFI
16 Damages / Expiries Analysis – PCE

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance
• 2:3 Years of experience in similar position
• Excellent English speaking,reading ,and writing is a must
• Hard Worker
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Multi-Tasking skills.
