Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of Marketing experience is required.
Proficiency in English language is required. Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
Strong Analysis/Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Team work & interpersonal skills
Brand Management experience – consumer orientation
Agency management exposure
Exposure to Ad development and PR a requirement

Job Description:

Monitor and analyze all brand KPIs covering Sales, Share and Consumer KPIs + Develop brand scorecards
Support in executing plans and consumer campaigns
Support Marketing Manager in planning AOP
Manage budget of assigned plan
Attend consumer interactions (groups, in-home, market visits,..)
Monitor, measure and report brand plans & competitive activities.
A&M control and adherence
Support in Org action plans to improve work environment / WLB (Healthy Living)
Focus on BTL communication, packaging, social media/digital marketing and PR
