Job Description:

  • Leading and managing the digital and offline marketing, sales, business development, and customer support teams to ensure meeting Nagwa’s growth goals in terms of revenues, user acquisitions, and brand awareness
  • Providing customer support and resolving customer complaints by investigating problems with concerned teams
  • Developing and maintaining technical and commercial awareness of all Nagwa products as well as its competitors’
  • Working with product managers to communicate user feedback and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Nagwa products
  • Analyzing technology trends to identify markets for future product development and improve the sales of existing products
  • Fostering mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhance organization reputation
  • Developing and executing strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities
  • Striving to establish industry-leading initiatives that influence and solidify the position of the business as a market leader in the industry
  • Establishing revenue goals and strategies that enhance the performance of accounts and enable the achievement of the financial goals of the department as well as the business
  • Collaborating closely with the company’s different departments to ensure meeting customer needs and smooth delivery of services to the market

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Relevant Experience:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in e-learning, digital education, education, or IT sectors

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Experience in sales and marketing management
  • Excellent technology aptitude
  • In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Effective collaboration and persuasion skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of commercial agreements and frameworks
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
