Community Management Coordinator at Emaar Misr
Job Description:-
1) Support the Community Manager to successfully implement community management plan and strategy.
2) Participate in strategies that engage communities.
3) Handle the customers’ complaints to determine the cause of the problem and follow up to ensure resolution.
4) Ensuring effective and efficient communication with the necessary information to the homeowners and residents.
5) Submitting reports concerned with the different living zones of the community.
6) Job scope is “Central”, meaning that coordination will be addressing all Emaar Misr projects.
Job Requirements:-
-From 1 to 3 years of experience
-Fluent English
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
-Good in typing both Arabic and English
-Adequate level of reporting and analysis skills
