Compensation and Benefits Advisor at CEMEX

Job Description:
•Assessing the organization’s pay structure
•Conducting compensation annual surveys
•Preparing annual personnel Budget
•Preparing and updating salary scales and implementing salary increase process
•Ensuring that the pay practices comply with law
•Developing and designing of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization’s strategy
•Preparing job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
•Controlling Life, Medical insurance and all employee benefits
•Creating and improving salary benefit and bonus systems
•Coordinating all CEMEX Expats operations

Job Requirements:
•At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in the mentioned tasks.
•Committed and reliable
•Good communication skills
•Perfect command of English
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to think under pressure and to make decisions as fast as situation requires
•Strong organizational and planning skills
