Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Develops and publishes safety and environmental programs consistent with regulations and company policy.
- Performs job hazard analysis to identify loss potential of our systems and processes.
- Reviews and interprets loss data to discover causative agents and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Reviews and revises location standards, policies and practices as necessary to assure they are current and in concert with company and / or regulatory requirements.
- Assists with maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 program requirements and certification
- Assists with accident investigations to ascertain causes in order to develop preventive safety measures and programs
- Reviews and evaluates technical developments to measure applicability to our processes.
- Trains associates, managers/supervisors and other employees in the areas of general safety and environmental awareness, specific program requirements and specific job requirements.
- Maintains required records, prepares reports and files as necessary to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Utilizes approved measurement procedures, such as cost stats and work sampling to evaluate performance.
- Implement audits on targeted population.
- Organizes and coordinates emergency response.
- Participates in audits and inspections of the location to ensure company objectives and regulatory requirements are met
- Assists in providing direction and leading Safety Committee
- Follows safety KPI’s (safety plan implementation, safety audits, safety trainings) regularly and takes appropriate actions if needed.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
