Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Share process improvement ideas and execute initiatives
- Manage survey requests, including receipt requests & assessments and compliance check
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders (regarding the format, scale, and order of questions)
- Develop surveys based on Henkel’s standard tools
- Send survey’s pilot test link to requester
- Extract results and analysis in respect to reporting
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant study
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position, preferably at a multinational environment
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
