Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any relevant field.
  • Experience in HR Ops is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical & organization skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Job Description:

  • Plan the annual needs of Outsourced HC with the business in line with AOP and Pepsico control standards
  • Ensure all outsourcing operations are compliant with Egypt Labor & Social Insurance Laws & other governmental regulations
  • Ensure the daily attainment of Outsourced HC as per the plan and instantly work on any gap.
  • Ensure all outsourcing operations aligned with PepsiCo standards such as health and safety, human rights,…etc.
  • Handle the relationship with the outsourcing suppliers in line with KPI’s and annual contracts to ensure proper execution of all contract terms covering; insurance, medical, transportation, uniform…..etc.
  • Manage the labor relations related to Outsourcing suppliers and ensure the outsourced labor payroll & personnel issues in compliance with Egypt Labor Law
  • Partner with HRBP (Commercial, Operations & Supporting Functions) in order to accommodate Outsourced HC needs with relevant stakeholders to reach the optimum standard crewing for each function and maintain the annual financial task on Variable Lines of People cost.
  • Develop action plans to improve the performance and quality of Outsourcing Service that will positively impact the business.
  • Implement new initiatives such as R&R for outsourced labor in partnership with HRBP & Business.
  • Implement the outsourced population scheme, policies & procedures to maximize the value of outsourcing service to the business.
  • Track the monthly financial performance of Outsourcing spending per category across CFI and cascading the outcomes to respective HRBP and business then agreeing on the actions needed to be taken.
  • Develop and review the monthly accruals report for CFI Outsourcing Spending.
  • Proactively evaluate the compliance status of Outsourcing Suppliers in dealing with their employees and taking the actions to close any gaps to be ready for any audits.
  • Design and implement the change management plans related to Outsourced Labor in line with Pepsico initiatives.
  • Lead CFI Outsourcing Activation team & ensure their sustained performance through Pepsico performance measurement tools & build their capability
