Job Description:

Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices. Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews.
Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services Center on a variety of situations including leaves, payroll changes, and benefits.
Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data.
Creating and maintaining data on critical records and reports in our Human Resources Information System.
Ensure effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed, for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives

Education:

Relevant Experience:

A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience with a proven record of 2-3 years as Team Leader especially with HR system applications and integrations, Compensation, Recruitment, training and Talent Management. A

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred. Proficiency in English both written and verbal is a MUST. Hands-on experience working with HRIS system applications/transactions. Functional knowledge of HRIS workflows. Efficient ability to formulate, implement and administer the full range of HR policies & procedures. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), Interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects and daily functions with discretion and minimal supervision. Position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work within a fast paced environment with strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to changing priorities. Must be able to work effectively in a matrix reporting relationship and be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels. Willing to spend 2-3 days in Banha Branch.
