Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Ensure operational stability of IBS-owned applications and support regional transition of business managed applications
- Assume end-to-end process ownership for activities that ensure operational stability of applications
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned applications’ stakeholders within IBS, business, and vendors
- Act as an escalation point for incidents where designated
- Ensure applications’ internal compliance with IT standards
- Manage certain projects & recurring tasks and ensure vendor & user compliance
- Identify improvement potentials and address them with application users
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any relevant study
Relevant Experience:
- 3-5 years’ of technical experience
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience at a multinational environment is a plus
