 IT – Data Center Support Engineer at Henkel

Location : New Cairo

Job Description:

• Ensure operational stability of the DigiLab (Henkel internal Data Center) environment
• Manage the hypervisor platform VMWare of DigiLab
• Continuously monitor the platform and act accordingly
• Discuss and later perform regular updates of the platform
• Identify improvement potentials and address them to Data Center architects
• Communicate with stakeholders and support them with technical issues

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics or any relevant study

Relevant Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English speaker. German is a plus
• VM knowledge
• VMWare certification is preferable
