Location : New Cairo

Job Description:

• Support the process and application managements teams during new demands and projects
• Coordinate delivery of Identity, access, and authorization processes/services
• Manage the re-certification process and support in exception handling
• Perform KPI and compliance Reporting
• Communicate to various stakeholder including end users

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science

Relevant Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a multinational organization within the same field

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Knowledge about: IT process management, Identity & Access management, SAP Authorization management, and Sailpoint product is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Project management experience is preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
