Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer One Year Intern at Henkel

Location : 6th of October Plant

Job Description:

Monitor machines’ performance; inspect and gather all technical & historical data to support during building of reliability centered maintenance system
Review all components of machines & equipment and sort them based on their criticality
Standardize approaches for preventive/predictive maintenance tasks and maintenance repair techniques
Cascade trainings to operators and technicians
Use solid works to draw machines’ components for the mechanical engineer
Use electrical AutoCAD to draw machines’ electrical wiring diagrams
Develop a high proficiency system while working within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/SAP and utilize its functionality to correlate the data for reliability analysis
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for all breakdowns and support operation & maintenance teams during investigations

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Solid verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in Solid works and AutoCAD
Detail-oriented and able to anticipate & adapt to dynamic situations
Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor employees not under direct supervision
Experience/trainings in PLC (if electrical engineer)
