SHE Manager – Laundry & Home Care Port Said Plant at Henkel
Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support safety management
- Provide assistance and advice on safety issues to make recommendations to facility management
- Apply, update, and improve the occupational safety and health management system according to ISO 45001
- Ensure continuous communication with staff in order to preserve the health of our workers within the company
- Ensure the application of Henkel Standards and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001
- Coordinate with government authorities and establish regular inspections with a report containing an action plan
- Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish SHE presence and provide support
- Conduct daily and monthly SHE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in a relevant field at a multinational FMCG
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English speaker
- Ability and track record of successfully leading people
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
