Analyst – Employee Service Centre at Dubai Airports– UAE

Job Description:
• You’ll be responsible for managing and responding to employee queries, ensuring that a solution is given, in line with Dubai Airports policies and procedures
• You’ll liaise with other HR functions to manage employee requests
• You’ll ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to employees at all times
• You’ll continually work to develop HR processes and procedures based on employee feedback and concerns

Job Requirements:

Education:

•  Degree Level in a relevant field

Relevant Experience:

•  You should have at least 3 years’ experience in the field of HR

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Advanced computer literacy
  • Fluent level of English
